Special attention is given to your room. The room will be daily sanitized per our established health & safety standards with extra focus to high-touch areas like tv- and ac-remote, telephone, door handles and the bathroom. Bedroom linen and towels will only be changed upon your request. A card with the protocol will be placed in the room for your information.
At Neptune Hotels our restaurants distinguish for many years with personal service. For your comfort we have changed the table layout to conform with social distancing. The buffet service will be done by our hotel team and the restaurant timings have been prolonged. Bon apétit!
For your convenience, sanitizers are conveniently located all over the property. In the beach resorts the sunbeds are widely spread. Our repeat guests know already that we have very large ocean fronts with plenty of open space under nice whispering palm trees, giving you natural shade in a tropical country.

Our teams are well trained on steps to be taken in the event of a Covid-19 case, including contacting local medical services. There is a doctor on call 24h, 7/7.

For your unique safari experience at Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp and Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge the highest health and safety standards are implemented during your game drives. Our safari land-cruisers will be sanitized before and after each game drive adventure and also in the vehicles, sanitizers will be available at all times. We will limit maximum 4 persons per land-cruiser, unless the passengers are from the same group.
