What are the nearest international airports next to the resorts?

To get to the  4 Neptune resorts of Mombasa in Kenya, the nearest international airport is MOI, Mombasa International Airport (MBA, airport code).
To get to the Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa at Kiwengwa, the international airport is ZAT, Zanzibar International Airport in Kisauni (ZNZ, airport code).

 

How can I get to the resorts? Check-in / Check-out

You can book a transfer airport-beach resort-airport while making your online hotel reservation.
Please indicate: flight number, date and time of arrival and departure and number of persons. Maximum 4 persons per car.

CHECK-IN: from 14h onwards
CHECK-OUT: before 12h (noon) and end of services.

 

What means ALL INCLUSIVE, in all the resorts?

A free welcome drink is offered to all arrivals. The resorts offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style at the main restaurants. During the meals, soft drinks, a selection of wine & local beer, juices, water, tea, coffee are served. The bars are serving snacks, tea, coffee, soft drinks, cocktails, juices, water during assigned times. There are daily entertainment activities & beach towels, sun beds and beach umbrellas are also foreseen.

 

What’s NOT Included?

Spa treatments, optional tours, premium drinks and imported liquors, medical Assistance, boutique items, transportation, phone calls, scuba diving and watersport activities & airport transport. For any other activities not mentioned in “What’s Included” list an extra charge may be applied.

 

Can I drink the water?

Since all our resorts have water filtration plants on property, the water in your room is safe but not for drinking. Drinking water is included in our all inclusive service and available during meals and at our bars all day at no additional charge.

 

How can I arrange tours outside the resort?

A variety of local tours are available from all our resorts at additional cost. Reservations can be made at the resort’s Tour Desk. Please inquire about this when you arrive.

 

Do I need to bring an electrical adapter?

Electricity is 220 V 50 Hz. Hairdryers already provided in every room.

 

What is the dress code for the restaurants?

In daytime : swim wear must be dry and recovered + shoes have to be worn.
In the evening : normal casual evening outfit.

 

How can I pay or what are the currencies?

Euro & Dollar are widely accepted.
In Kenya, the currency is the Kenyan Shilling :  KES.
In Tanzania & Zanzibar, the currency is the Tanzanian Shilling, TZS.

 

Should I get vaccinated before going to Africa?

Although vaccinations are not obligatory in Kenya and Tanzania, you should consult your doctor for more information and advice, in advance.

 

Is there a doctor in the hotels?

The doctor is on call.

Please note that areas surrounding the hotels are public. These include for example the sea, beaches and roads. You are responsible for taking reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of your party. Local events, religious festivities and public holidays are likely to influence the provision of services and facilities within the hotels and around holiday resorts at certain times.

Wildlife:
Many people visit Kenya & Tanzania for the wildlife. If you’re lucky enough to see native animals, even at the coast, please do not approach or feed them and stay at a safe distance.
